Psycho-Analytical Meditation Visit www.lifepathsolutions.com/meditationcourse.htm for the first two practical lessons in how to use meditation and self-analysis to improve your life. This is being prepared as a fairly basic on-line course. Lesson one is an introduction to meditation and how to get started. Lesson two is a look at the underlying psychology behind Psycho-analytical meditation as introduced by Dr B.S. Goel in India, later known as Swami Siddheshwar Baba. Meditation Tips (4)
Meditation isn't just something you do in your half hour sitting meditation, it is a state of awareness that can ultimately have 24 hours a day. When you balance your external awareness with an internal awareness you are living consciously. Conscious living is meditation. It is an ability to witness all that you do from a detached perspective. Balance creates harmony and bliss. You no longer react to the world around you but rather you respond to it. Be in the world - not of it! It is a state of being rather than a state of doing.
